Job Description:

Handles moderately complex customer problems and issues for assigned accounts. Requires a minimum amount of day-to-day supervision. Is able to handle detailed instructions under pressure and a relatively high volume of credits. Has a well-developed expertise/knowledge, but not yet considered to be the "expert" for the assigned area. Has a good working knowledge of the various credit-related products and a good understanding of loan/credit documentation. Takes initiative to work through issues. Is able to perform well in a cross-functional team environment. Typically requires at least 1 to 3 years of experience. Less experienced than the Document Administrator III.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for financial booking Client's facilities on the system of record (Genesis) as well as perfecting bank's collateral for Dealer Financial Services - Auto and Specialty Loans.
  • Responsible for maintaining control of bank collateral through accurate booking on the system of record, set-up and standardization of collateral file information on virtual vault, set-up and review of ticklers and exception tracking data. Responsible for accurate set-up and maintenance of all other client record and indicative data.
  • Process paid out loan requests.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated history of using strong financial acumen and knowledge of loan documentation and review concepts in prior employment specifically Commercial Lending Operations.
  • Demonstrated history of employing excellent communication skills both written and oral in a previous job.
  • Demonstrated ability professionally to handle multiple tasks while balancing the need for both quality and efficiency in a fast paced metric-centric environment is a necessity.
  • Professional history of being able to suggest approaches to meet Client needs rather than relying strictly on procedures.
  • Must be able to navigate and toggle through various computer systems.
  • Must have used Microsoft Word and Excel in prior employment.
  • Four (4) year College Degree (college level accounting courses) or 2-3 years related experience or equivalent.
