Job Description:
Less experienced than the Credit Services Representative III. Handles moderately complex customer problems and issues for assigned accounts. Requires a minimum amount of day-to-day supervision. Is able to handle detailed instructions under pressure and a relatively high volume of credits. Has a well-developed expertise/knowledge, but not yet considered to be the "expert" for the assigned area. Has a good working knowledge of the various credit-related products and a good understanding of loan/credit documentation. Takes initiative to work through issues. Is able to perform well in a cross-functional team environment. Typically requires at least 2 years of experience.

- Booking new facilities, amending existing deals, and managing the incoming and outgoing payments required from the Borrower and Lenders.
- Accurate input of client information to the system of records from loan documents/credit approval memorandum
- Review of attorney prepared document to validate accuracy against credit approval memorandum
Must be proficient in Excel and attention to detail is crucial. Effective communication with business partners, clients, and peers is essential in order to foster a cohesive environment. Must have some knowledge of commercial loans and accounting systems.
Required Skills
2+ years experience with document processing
- Experience with complex computer systems or programs
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Finance, accounting or math background
- Must be able to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Complex legal contract review and analysis
- Commercial Loan experience
Desired:
- Loan documentation knowledge preferred
- GFS system, Loan IQ system, and HotDock systems preferred
