Policy Production Specialist

Responsibilities
The policy production specialist position is a high volume, quality driven role that completes the final owner and/or lender title policies for Carefree Title Company. While this is an entry level position, a previous understanding of mortgage and title documentation will be very helpful.
- Request title policy jackets and pull title policy forms into the title software system
- Verify property tax information and payment
- Review settlement statement/closing disclosure for proper title insurance fees
- Review survey and recorded documents for use in title policy preparation
- Prepare and produce owner and lender title insurance policies for multiple states
- Distribute and mailout final title policies
- Ensure accurate and timely title policy issuance
- Monitor e-mails in a timely manor and respond as needed
- Meeting production standards consistently as outlined by management
- Other related duties and projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Familiar with title insurance and mortgage loan documents is preferred
- Experience with DataTrace and FAST is preferred
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task independently, while meeting deadlines within a high pace environment
- Basic computer skills are required
