Our Digital team is innovating how we understand our patients and their needs. Working cross functionally we are inventing new ways of communicating, measuring and interacting with our customers and patients through digital channels and technologies.

The US Market Digital Campaign Analytics Manager is responsible for working closely with marketers to ensure that digital marketing strategy and execution can be measured to answer critical business questions and objectives. Using an industry-leading strategy and approach to maximize campaign optimization "in-flight" and post flight to shape and influence the next campaigns, this manager will ensure that engagement teams with responsibility for the creation and pull-through of campaigns have the timely and actionable insights necessary to optimize customer engagement during campaign execution. The role will supports US and Global Portfolio.

Primary Tasks :

  • Work closely with internal stakeholder teams to provide them with deep analytical insights and actionable recommendations to impact next digital iteration (in-flight) decisions based on data and learning.
  • Responsible for one of our Company's Business Units: Oncology, Vaccines, Chronic Care or Hospital Specialty.
  • Proactively align measurement metrics and analytics to campaign objectives during in-flight and post campaign. Define, build, analyze, monitor and share key results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that inform marketing and customer strategy in a timely manner.
  • Align analytics recommendations to address and solve key challenges as expressed by stakeholders.
  • Communicate data gaps and quality to Digital Marketing Data Scientists to improve performance to maximize results.
  • Take measurement plan to web analytics team to create tagging and reporting that will support the campaign.
  • Support analytics through testing plans and capabilities using digital A/B testing at the campaign level and provide insights quickly. Also, provide support with customer research and competitive analysis.
  • Be comfortable presenting to key partners and sharing key learnings, using data storytelling techniques.
  • Able to translate measurement plan in concise and clear way so the analytics team understands what to deliver.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or Finance is required, MBA preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Data driven mindset with 5 plus years of working knowledge doing quantitative analysis at the digital campaign and customer level.
  • Digital Marketing Test Design is critical.
  • Good understanding of web, media and content tagging and the impact of tagging can have on data quality.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients with various analytic needs.
  • Knowledge with segmenting and personalization of marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in manipulating and analyzing complex data set for both planned and ad hoc analysis.
  • Strong understanding of digital metrics especially in digital media channels.
  • Must be comfortable working in ambiguous environment.
  • Working in agile.
  • Knowledge of visualization tools to help drive data adoption and knowledge across the organization.
  • Positive attitude, professional, courteous demeanor, strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in a constructive manner with others in a dynamic working environment.
  • Always curious and asking questions that would improve customer experience and engagement.
