We are seeking an innovative and driven Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Branding Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in implementing branding practices that support our talent acquisition goals, embodying our core values of focusing on what matters, acting with urgency, winning as one team, experimenting and learning, embracing diversity and inclusion, and speaking up with an open mind.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute branding strategies to attract and retain a diverse, inclusive, and agile workforce, focusing on what matters and ensuring alignment with our company values.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Global Branding team to review, create, and manage the career sites for our company, maintaining compliance with branding policies and acting with urgency.
  • Support hiring efforts by liaising with Talent Aquisition Advisors and creating branding initiatives for their teams, fostering a spirit of collaboration and winning as one team.
  • Drive the implementation and oversight of analytic insights, SEO strategy, and global social media content calendar for branding purposes, while constantly experimenting, learning, and adapting to optimize results.
  • Champion DE&I initiatives by partnering with Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) to create organic social media efforts and support the D&I and Global Talent Aquisition D&I teams in crafting ads and branding materials that embrace diversity and inclusion.
  • Manage Global Talent Aquisition "ready to use assets," update the Employer Branding Toolkit, and assist global business divisions in generating inclusive language videos for job descriptions.
  • Build strong relationships with country teams that link to career sites and oversee supplier onboarding, training, and regular communication through meetings.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and insightful reports, driving regular calls to review performance and metrics with the team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Aquisition Recruiting Tools and Technology to engage with new and existing vendors, identifying and implementing process automation opportunities.
  • Assess intake forms to determine if external agency use is required or if the project can be handled in-house, while fostering a speak-up culture and maintaining an open-minded approach.
  • Ensure audit compliance by managing consent forms

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years' experience in global talent acquisition branding in an HR Center Of Excellence or in HR Operations role (with Masters' degree, minimum experience is 4 years); or relevant applicable experience.

Qualifications:

  • Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Talent Acquisition experience is a plus but not required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of branding strategies and best practices.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and content creation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with DE&I initiatives and inclusive language.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Phenom People Client Relationship Management tool is preferred
