Our Market Access team monitor population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.
An Oncology Account Executive (OAE) is primarily responsible to partner with his/her Customer(s) to develop business solutions that will drive profitable growth for our Company through "best in class" customer satisfaction appropriately leveraging our oncology products, services and solutions.
This position will be implementing strategic, long-term business plans for the Key Strategic Accounts ( can include Payers; H ealth Maintenance Organizations ( HMOs); large enterprises with Health Care programs; international funders, Pharmacy Benefit Manager/ PBM, among others ) building sustainable engagements and develop joint projects focused on bilateral access solutions.
The OAE is the primary point of contact for the Customer related to Oncology, acting in the interest of our Company looking for areas of mutual interest to the company and the customer. Indeed, the job holder understands the customers and stakeholders who determine whether a brand is listed in the formulary or medical policies, their product evaluation process within the account, and the brand priorities so that they can support brand profitable access in these accounts.
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Science or related fields. Master or PhD in Pharmacy or Health Economics Science (PharmD, MBA-Pharmacoeconomics or Health Sciences), preferred.
- At least three (3) years of experience working in Insurer or PBM in Puerto Rico and/or health industry.
- At least three (3) years of experience in Oncology, preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, in oral and written.
- Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Strong Computer application skills on MS Windows including Teams, Access, MS Office Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Strong knowledge of customer/business strategy, understanding of local healthcare and reimbursement systems.
