Anexciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor at our CommercialVehicle franchised dealership in Doncaster.
You will be the liaison between the customer andthe workshop and will work closely with the Workshop Control and other workshop staff. You will up-date customers on workshopprogress whilst up-selling parts and labour and you will contribute to a highlevel of workshop utilisation.
Ideally you will have previous experience ofworking as a Service Advisor in the motor trade.
Youwill have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at alllevels. Excellent customer service skills, some technical understanding and theability to follow process whilst working under pressure is required. Confidencewith IT systems is essential and knowledge of Kerridge would be a distinctadvantage.
