Engineering Intern - Workshop

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a workshop technician work planning and scheduling tool
  • Evaluate the feasibility to extend PiT usage and features within the workshop
  • Develop and implement a process to utilize Fishbowl as the inventory system for the Ann Arbor workshop
  • Support in measurements with PEMS units

Skills & Attributes:

  • German and English
  • Workshop process skills from Daimler workshops in Sindelfingen. Including knowledge about work planning tools and PiT used in the Daimler workshop in Sindelfingen
  • Team player
  • Technical Skills
  • Familiar with Daimler tools
  • Daimler network contacts

Education & Experience:

  • Technical background, Masters degree student in Engineering
  • Familiar with Daimler processes in Germany
  • Experience as Daimler working student

Special Skills Required:

  • Valid drivers license
