Job Overview

Ensure that processes and initiatives are effectively coordinated by being the central point of contact for HO inquires, general dealer inquiries, and vendor relationships. Responsible for supporting the GM and staff managers where necessary with timely reports, project management, policy compliance and general assistance.

Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy, and often confidentiality, by responding to complex and sensitive issues on behalf of the General Manager appropriately and in a supportive and professional manager

Assemble date for preparation of ad hoc reports , business plans or related planning activities within specific time frames required and ensure accuracy of data

Preparation of analysis and reports as required by General Manager

Maintain General Manager’s business calendar. Coordinates travel arrangements, itineraries for GM by coordinating conferences and meetings and compiling necessary reports, analysis etc

Interprets policies and procedures clearly and accurately and updates regional staff on any changes thereto

Ensure regional tasks are coordinated by serving as point person, information source and/or project coordinator

Perform all functions in accordance with company procedures and regulations (material requests, Time and Attendance reporting, invoice processing, contract review and execution).

This is an entry level position designed to develop skills and knowledge for advancement. Individual must be willing to take on projects/training for future growth.

Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) or equivalent work experience with emphasis in:

Business Administration

Business Management

Communications

Marketing

Must be able to work flexible hours/work schedule

Requires valid driver’s license

Work Holidays when required

Work weekends when required

Must have 1 – 3 years (total) of experience in the following:

AdministrationProficient Knowledge of administrative procedures, process/project development, and system procedures.Business – GeneralGeneral Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization.Event PlanningKnowledge of planning events from inception to implementation, including budget preparations.PurchasingKnowledge of acquisition techniques that minimize costs for products or servicesVendor ManagementGeneral Knowledge of Agency/Vendor management and budget management
