Responsibilities and duties:

  • On-boarding new hires
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Ensures regulatory compliance
  • Employee orientation
  • Implementation of services, policies and programs
  • Maintains employee related databases
  • Prepare, maintain and analyze reports
  • Perform related work as assigned by the Human Resources Director


Qualifications and Skills:
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality a must
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources
