MNRN is seeking a Therapy Aide who will, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, carry out prescribed treatments, maintain treatment areas/equipment and perform routine office duties to support the therapy staff.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to effectively communicate with physicians, staff, patients and their families verbally and in writing
  • Ability to read and comprehend written directions and orders while sequencing tasks
  • Ability to problem solve and propose solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to safely transfer and transport dependent residence of up to 150 lbs. independently from and to bed/wheelchair/stretcher/toilet
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in or lead a two or more person transfer and transport of a dependent patient of more than 150 lbs.
What you'll need to join the team!
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • One year of experience in rehabilitation or acute care setting as therapy aide.
