Key Responsibilities:
 First up, we want you to be our Mac Subject Matter Expert across the Enterprise Support team
 Managing Helpdesk – Creating Users, provisioning equipment to agreed build standards, following up on issues
 User hardware lifecycle management · Tracking and efficient stock control of Assets
 Effective workload prioritization
 Managing user’s expectations in an efficient, knowledgeable & professional manner
 Learning how systems function & the roles they perform
 Providing remote & hands on support to events
 The ability to work under pressure when needed
 Effectively communicating with all end users and peers
 Creating training and ‘how-to’ articles/documentation
What you’ll need:
 At least three years’ experience in a busy customer facing IT Support role
 Proven ability to solve problems in a logical, quick & efficient manner
 Excellent customer service ethos
 A keen interest in IT, from home hobbyist to IT professional
Strong working experience of:
 Active Directory Management
 Windows Imaging
 Apple Mac OSX (Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave)
 Basic Networking
 PBX admin
 Wi-Fi
 Google Suite Apps (Gmail, Drive etc)
 Multi-function printers
 Setting up physical server and desktop hardware
 Helpdesk ticketing system(s)
Beneficial to have:
 An understanding and/or hands on experience with vMware
 Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCSE
 Experience of using a network/infrastructure monitoring tool such as SolarWinds
 Experience of using a procurement tool to purchase hardware and software
 Experience of working with vendors to place orders for laptops, mobile devices etc
