MediaRadar’s Customer Support team is responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience that is driven by technical expertise and the urgency to meet our customers’ needs. As our Onboarding Client Specialist you will be responsible for setting up new clients and account lists for customers.

About the Role:

The Junior Onboarding Client Specialist will report into our Associate Director of Customer Support and will be responsible for seamlessly transitioning a MediaRadar’s customers into our internal databases. A successful OCS will develop a fast rapport with account managers, set clear expectations, and a have a meticulous nature.

The Junior Onboarding Client Specialist will report into our Associate Director of Customer Support and will be responsible for seamlessly transitioning a MediaRadar’s customers into our internal databases. A successful OCS will develop a fast rapport with account managers, set clear expectations, and a have a meticulous nature.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Customer Support team to onboard customers, create account lists, account match and pull reports for various customers at any given time
  • Use internal tools including Salesforce, CRM, and other web-based dashboards to manage the customer onboarding process
  • Work closely with internal teams to constantly improve onboarding processes, documentation, and execution

About You:

You must be driven to see results and be intrigued by the use of data to inform decisions. This is a data entry position that is crucial to our teams’ success. We are a 120 person company that still runs like a startup; you should value a high degree of autonomy, personal impact, and be comfortable learning new technology skills.

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate great attention to detail. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and is quick to identify, prioritize, and resolve problems.

Additional requirements include:

  • BA/BS
  • Exceptional written / email communication skills
  • Comfortable learning customer relationship management technology such as Salesforce and web-based tools
  • Detail-oriented, extremely well organized, able to prioritize tasks quickly, solve problems, and involve additional resources, as needed
  • Positive attitude and high energy help you embrace failure as learning opportunities
