The Client Operations A.D is a pivotal role within the newly created JPMC Operations Command Center. The Operations Command Center (OCC) sits at the nexus of our internal and external stakeholders. Our mission is to empower teams to execute and collaborate efficiently and effectively; we work in close collaboration with our stakeholders to:

  • Develop processes and collaboration systems that enable teams to perform operations in harmony
  • Enable our teams with the right mix of technology and training
  • Create and deploy technology that is intuitive for team members to leverage.
  • Be the pulse for the operation of our collaboration tools and technology needs.
  • Have a people-first approach. We aim to eliminate complexity by adding value to our stakeholders' day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate leads the implementation of technology and tools that help our teams work efficiently and effectively. He/She formulates the appropriate technology solutions that take into account the complexity of unifying client and internal needs. You can evaluate business needs and create a technology approach to solve operational needs. You are a change agent leader with an agile approach and clear communication skills. Focus disciplines include media service delivery, systems, and technology.

Business Objectives

  • Create and lead the technology needs for collaboration
  • In close partnership with internal and external stakeholders, develop and deploy processes and systems supporting media operations.
  • Own the entire cycle of technology implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and governance
  • Responsible for creating/instituting/administering intuitive documentation that supports the proper use of technology and systems
  • Function as the primary source of information for our collaboration systems both internally and with the client
  • Adept at anticipating the client's needs and proactively recommending/instituting solutions
  • Ensure reporting needs are met and are as automated as possible

Skills and Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, extremely resourceful team player
  • Must have the ability and desire to help manage and a willingness to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration
  • Disciplined and detailed at documentation build
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to communicate findings in concise action-driven ways
