QA Automation Lead

The Role

  • Medallia Digital (previously Kampyle) is a global Customer Experience Management company. Our SaaS solution is used by premier brands and enterprises every day, to improve the experience of their customers. At Medallia Digital, we are constantly pushing the boundaries to reshape the digital Voice of Customer landscape, and we are looking for innovative, talented employees to help evolve our industry-leading product.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Test automation Engineer
  • Experience in Design, build and maintain of automated testing frameworks
  • Proficient with Selenium
  • Experience with GitHub and jenkins
  • Deep experience with Python
  • Understanding Agile Testing (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Design and build tooling and infrastructure to help engineering teams measure and increase their quality
  • Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability
  • Excellent knowledge of web technologies like REST and HTTP
  • Familiar with SQL

Nive to have:

  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Experience with Appium
  • Experience with ROBOT Framework
  • Deep Knowledge in using JS
  • Knowledge of JIRA, TestRail
