Integrated Producer

The Role - Medallia is seeking an Integrated Producer to join our Brand team. As an integrated producer, your primary task will be to lead a modern, world-class production group capable of bringing to life the most innovative marketing executions imaginable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope, budget, and manage resources on convergent projects from concept to launch with accountability and responsibility for creative quality, budget, and value
  • Be “air traffic control” for all ongoing projects
  • Manage the development of Brand department processes
  • Develop and foster relationships with the top creative, production, and editorial vendors & contractors
  • Guide staffing and vendor decisions
  • Manage Brand department budget
  • Stay on top of the best work and trends and share the knowledge
  • Partner with Brand creative lead, Product Design, and Engineering
  • Provide leadership and mentorship within the department
  • Promote and maintain a collaborative atmosphere

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in a creative production role
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-channel tactics
  • Extensive experience working within freelance talent
  • Extremely strong program management, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are unfazed by tight deadlines and conflicting priorities and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive, take-charge demeanor in fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years working within a creative agency and/or production house
  • 2+ years working “in-house / client side”
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and digital marketing
