Visual Graphics Specialist for night shift - German Speaker


  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in German (C2 - CEFR* or equivalent)
  • IT literacy and some experience in working with MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Solid knowledge typing skills and quick handling of pointing devices
  • Experience towards designing or graphic-related studies/employment would be an added advantage

Who You'll Work WithYou will be part of the local European Service Center (ESC) team located in Poznan. You will also have a chance to cooperate with our consultants on improving the visual presentation of information.

What You'll Do

You will play an integral role in facilitating consultants' communications with our clients on the night shift (8 p.m. - 4.30 a.m.).

You'll translate conceptual drafts into well-devised charts and exhibits and create clear and accurate visual presentations. Further, you'll rework existing material according to the consultants' needs and in accordance with McKinsey guidelines. You'll specifically provide this type of support to consultants across our global offices.

Specifically, you'll create, edit and enhance presentation documents, you'll proofread documents to ensure they meet quality standards, and you'll work with consultants on improving the visual presentation of information. Additionally, you'll coordinate production activities for short and long-term client assignments, working closely with colleagues to manage production and you'll ensure accurate, efficient and timely completion of all assigned jobs.
