Specialist, Marketing & Client Development - McKinsey Academy
- Bachelor's degree; Graduate degree is a plus
- 6-9 years of industry experience including expertise in client eco-systems and competitive landscapes
- Professional services experience highly preferred
- Expertise in client development approaches
- Experience running awareness-building campaigns, driving client outreach and lead-generation
- Experience with leadership development, learning programs preferred
- Strong project management skills
Who You'll Work With
You will be a part of the McKinsey Academy team and will be based in New York. McKinsey Academy is part of Scale-ups and McKinsey's New Ventures.
McKinsey Academy is designed for rising professionals and senior teams to develop the capabilities they need to help their organizations thrive. Our programs include courses developed and taught by McKinsey partners, combined with perspectives from the broader market including academics, executives, and thought leaders. What You'll Do
You will use your entrepreneurial and relationship-building skills to build awareness for McKinsey Academy.
In this role, you will be working with the Academy team to run awareness-building campaigns, drive client outreach efforts, field inbound inquiries on offerings and demonstrate Academy products. You will be executing market experiments and proactive client development activities.
You will strive to increase awareness and enrollments for the pioneering McKinsey Management Program. You will build expertise in our digital learning platform, co-developed with Harvard, MIT and Stanford.
In this fast-paced role, you will work across the firm with client service teams to ensure capability building, opportunity development and will contribute to proposal writing. You will work nimbly and quickly on market-facing experiments (i.e., related to awareness building, lead generation), track and manage them towards outcomes that should inform decisions and actions.
