Sourcing Recruiter - Technology

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience preferably in a professional / shared services or agency environment with international exposure
  • Deep understanding of the technology sector from a talent acquisition perspective and solid overview of local and regional technology talent markets
  • Experience with current direct sourcing techniques and tools and ability to remain current with developing techniques and skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and cultivate strong client and candidate relationships
  • Collaborative style when working in teams
  • Superb problem solving and multi-tasking capabilities; distinctive attention to detail
  • Drive to achieve aggressive recruiting goals under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written

Who You'll Work WithYou will be based in Prague and will work with the Recruiters and internal clients to problem solve, create "go-to-market strategies, and define the candidate identification strategy for a variety of roles.

What You'll Do

You will source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, extensive name generation research and relationship building.

In order to be successful in this role you will work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively with recruiting colleagues, hiring managers and relevant stakeholders at all levels. You will continually expand your network through leveraging user groups and blogs. You will clearly articulate and sell the McKinsey value proposition to candidates via networking events, professional networks and face to face candidate interaction. You will generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging and you will take active role in screening and pre-qualifying potential candidates to determine their fit. In addition you, will develop a pipeline for current and future hiring needs and foster relationships with passive talent and recruiters.
