Solution Specialist - Digital Quotient | Digital Capabilities | Analytics Quotient
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, business); Master's degree in business or in engineering is a plus
- 4-5 years of experience in the field of consulting, digital, analytics, IT, and/or business intelligence
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to quickly process complex information
- Able to work well in highly entrepreneurial environment, consistently delivering exceptional results
- Knowledge of digital as a critical growth and profitability driver and/or experience with digital transformations or digital capability-building programs
- Effective communicator, able to establish him/herself as a trusted and indispensable advisor.

Who You'll Work With
You will work with our Digital Quotient | Digital Capabilities | Analytics Quotient team in our Waltham, MA location. In this role you will work with leadership to further develop and scale our suite of diagnostics, including leading deployments of these diagnostics with client teams globally across sectors.
You will join our core team and focus on the development and execution of our existing diagnostics, partner with McKinsey engagement teams globally as they use these assessment tools, and work directly with clients to review results and best practices and how to incorporate these insights into digital and analytics transformation roadmaps and initiatives.
Digital Quotient (DQ) is McKinsey measures an organization's digital maturity—across strategy, culture, organization, and digital capabilities—that correlates to financial performance and customer satisfaction metrics. It enables companies to identify their digital strengths and weaknesses across different business units and make comparisons against hundreds of organizations around the world. We have now used DQ with more than 250 companies globally.
Digital Capabilities (DC) is a complementary diagnostic enabling companies to benchmark their performance across the 22 most meaningful digital capabilities along six distinct dimensions, including data-driven digital insights, integrated customer experience, digital marketing, digitally-enabled operations, next-gen technology, and digital enablers. We have now used DC with more than 50 companies globally.
Analytics Quotient (AQ), our newest solution, was developed over the past 3 months and intended to address our clients' increasing focus on data and analytics transformations. This diagnostic organized around six dimensions that any organization needs to master to create a state-of-the-art analytics capability. In a short period, we have already used AQ with 25+ clients and have 75+ clients in our pipeline. We view AQ as the biggest growth area for our team over the next 6-12 months.

What You'll Do
You will lead the development of market opportunities in partnership with McKinsey leadership and client teams, focused on generating adoption from existing and new clients.
You will drive the launch, execution, and delivery of our core diagnostics with clients, primarily in partnership with client engagement teams and cell and geography leads. This involves engaging with teams and clients on a regular basis to answer questions about Solution usage, applicability, and how best to use them to drive impact.
You will lead and engage in joint problem-solving sessions with clients and McKinsey engagement teams through all stages of solution delivery including proposals, pre-engagement, and understanding and interpreting results, and communicating insights to clients. You will also lead and facilitate client workshops in partnership with CST leadership to customize insights and co-develop client priorities, actions, and recommendations.
You will lead reach and relevance initiatives as we scale DQ/DC/AQ across sectors and geographies and the development of new diagnostics and modules as we expand our suite of digital and analytics solutions.
You will develop a deep understanding of the digital and analytics concepts underpinning our Solutions, to clearly articulate the benefits to clientsand how they are implemented across an organization. You will support the production of internal and external communication and thought leadership materials for DQ/DC/AQ, including for conferences, events, and publications.
