Solution Delivery Specialist - Periscope

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree is a plus
  • 8+ years of relevant and professional work experience with a reputed firm
  • Ability to act independently, defining and managing day-to-day priorities
  • Experience in writing short story-lined PowerPoint documents
  • Able to coach and inspire team members responsible for conducting JRW and other analyses
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate and resolve data issues
  • Hands-on experience on Alteryx is desirable
  • Collaborative and able to motivate team members
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
  • Ability to interact in a fluid, demanding and unstructured environment where priorities evolve constantly
  • Able to work well within teams across continents/time zones
  • Ability to travel abroad for working sessions and meetings with Service Management team

What You'll Do

You will work within the Customer Experience (CX) Solutions team to develop and manage proprietary databases of customer survey data.

You will create a knowledge management plan for disseminating this data, oversee execution of the plan, manage junior colleagues, and be a thought partner to senior stakeholders in managing the CX Solutions infrastructure. In addition, you will be expected to conduct analysis for client studies, especially on the survey management and analysis.

This role provides an opportunity to shape how this relatively new Solution organizes its data and knowledge resources and delivers the best of our analytics capabilities both internally and to our clients. You will manage one junior colleague, with great potential for further responsibilities as the Solution continues to grow.

You will develop and proactively maintain a centralized database of all Journey Pulse customer survey data across multiple sectors and time periods. You will build and maintain a repository of assets in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and PDF (e.g., one-page sector benchmark overviews, charts, and graphs).

You will execute a knowledge management roadmap for communicating key insights from our Journey Pulse data to practitioners within the firm. You will respond to data requests from Customer Experience practitioners with both off-the-shelf assets and custom analyses of our Journey Pulse data.

You will support the delivery of client studies by assisting McKinsey consultants and develop a deep understanding of the firm's Customer Experience methodology and approach to guide day-to-day decisions.

You will act as a go-to person for junior members of the team and support their professional development.
