Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of proven client service experience in a top-tier consulting environment, including leading younger colleagues
  • Master's degree (Science or Finance) with an excellent academic record. MBA degree a plus
  • Strong expertise in Corporate Finance and Strategy
  • Ability to inspire a team and clients by sharing the vision and capabilities of our team
  • Ability to quickly develop financial valuation models
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a keen interest in joining a growing startup
  • Comfort with role ambiguity
  • Location flexible; Europe (Amsterdam, Munich) preferable
  • Flexibility to travel regionally and globally is required

What You'll Do

You will have several essential responsibilities including solution delivery, product management and solution building.

This is a pivotal role that requires a passion for Corporate Finance and Strategy, with the managerial capacity to deliver services with real client impact.

You will lead the end-to-end delivery process with clients and McKinsey consulting teams from initial conversations on setup and structuring to ensuring clients receive proper customer support after implementation has been completed. You will manage delivery teams on day-to-day basis, both on-site and remote, working closely with solution delivery specialists and analysts. You will also be responsible for developing and growing the team. You will also support solution leaders with delivery planning and overall resource planning, ensuring commitments on timing of delivery can be met.

As part of your responsibilities collaborating with the product management team, you will contribute to the vision for further development of StrategyX. Together with the product manager, you will translate client requirements in product features and provide input on feature priorities based on client needs and timing. You will also support with defining and validating financial and strategic models in the solution.

You will support overall solution building and take an active role in growing the solution to meet its ambitious goals. You will support with delivery of proposals (e.g., in client meetings or through demos) and foster client relationships through feedback, solving issues, and monitoring usage and impact. You will work with solution leaders on the preparation of SteerCo and InvestCo meetings and support with management of P&L.
