Solution Analyst - Periscope, Customer Experience Solutions


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of management consulting experience at a top-tier firm
  • Marketing & Sales industry experience is preferred
  • Experience with Excel analysis
  • Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and SPSS are highly preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem solving skills
  • Adept at communicating and working with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with desire to work in fast-paced, start-up environment, with the ability to consistently deliver exceptional results on demanding timelines

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with Marketing & Sales Ventures client service team and will play a key role in supporting solution studies, develop solution assets, and accelerate client development for our Customer Experience Solutions team.

You'll support the build-out and scale-up of Journey Pulse and Journey Measurement. You'll acquire a deep understanding of the Firm's Customer Experience transformation methodology as well as direct entrepreneurial experience as part of a fast-growing "McKinsey startup." You will help deliver solutions by conducting in-depth analyses of our Journey Pulse data or coordinate client workshops.

Additionally, you'll define and develop selected assets, which may include system prototypes, deliverable templates, Alteryx flows, Tableau workbooks, and high-definition videos. You'll also design and execute a program for building awareness across client service teams and clients.
