Qualifications

  • University degree
  • 5+ years of experience in managerial role
  • Experience in HR/Recruiting/Professional Development services would be a plus
  • Shared Services Center related experience
  • Knowledge of people systems
  • Strong people leadership
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent command of both Polish and English (written and spoken)

Who You'll Work WithYou will join our Shared Services Center in Poznan as part of our Human Resources department.

What You'll Do

You will lead approximately 130 colleagues supporting the HR, professional development and recruiting processes for various offices and practices.

In this role you will cooperate closely with the operations managers, global leadership, as well as the European service center leaders in Poznan, representing the service line across teams and liaising with multiple stakeholders.

You will oversee all operation-related activities, plan and control budgets and maintain and monitor service levels. You will lead, motivate and mentor operations managers to enhance their effectiveness and overall job satisfaction, perform workforce planning, manage performance evaluations and support team members in conceptual and project management issues.

You will also oversee implementation and performance of Center of Excellence (CoE) for External Workers by building and maintaining close relationships with various senior stakeholders. Lastly, you will support various leaders and operations managers in setting up teams, processes and priorities.
