Sales Solution Delivery Analyst - Periscope, New Ventures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on business, statistics, mathematics or related field
  • 2-3 years in a consulting/analytics position in either a startup environment (big data, BI, etc.) or consulting company
  • Background in, or strong interest in Marketing & Sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a fast-changing environment, with a passionate team of colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Alteryx and Tableau skills are desired
  • Ability to work internationally across various cultures
  • Confidence and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels

What You'll Do

You will deliver our diagnostic solutions to clients, working in close collaboration with McKinsey colleagues.

You will ensure an effective and impactful diagnostic scope. You will set up, run, and analyze the findings of our diagnostics. Colleagues will look to you for guidance on setting the marketing & sales agenda for their clients and will see you as a thought partner in client development and client service strategies.

You will also be an entrepreneurial leader in our diagnostic team, taking ownership of improving our existing assets and helping us innovate new ones. You will be directly involved in improving the process and technology improvements needed to further scale our client support model.
