Professional Development & Learning Administrator - English Speaker
- Bachelor degree, preferably in HR or related field
- Solid knowledge of Excel
- Preferably 1-2 years administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Very good English language skills C1
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications
Who You'll Work WithAs a Professional Development & Learning Administrator (PD&L) you will operate out of our Shared Services Center in Poznan. You will be a part of our Human Resources department that serves internal clients across all over EMEA Region during regular business hours.
What You'll DoYou will have your focus on supporting the Professional Development (PD), staffing and learning processes and activities. You will be in close contact with other support staff members and consultants and you will administer the planning, organization, and execution of office-based training programs. Furthermore, in this role you will assist with PD/HR team's data analysis and reporting needs (e.g., utilization), support the professional development-related processes and activities, and perform a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling, clerical support, and database management. Morover, as a team member you will demonstrate a collaborative style and the willingness to help others. You will also share knowledge and best practices and shoulder additional responsibilities at times of high workload. Additionally you will support local CSS participation in Firm learning programs and develop and manage candidate pipelines for learning programs as well as coordinate new hire onboarding and mobility requests.
