Optimize System Support Cluster Lead


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in purchasing, sourcing, supply chain management, finance, operations or related professional expertise
  • Experience in project management, sourcing or supply chain management and vendor management
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership mentality

Who You'll Work With

You will be based in our Miramar, Florida office and will be a member of the Global Helpdesk team within Optimize.

This function delivers distinctive, positive and productive experiences through various services ranging from travel, events, real estate, sourcing, technology and purchasing. This group is responsible for managing the expenditures and putting emphasis on enhancing the client experience, achieving operational excellence, and providing total value to the entire firm.

What You'll Do

You will be a key contributor on the Helpdesk Systems team and will focus on system and process development for the firm, working on multiple Helpdesk systems, and leading Helpdesk system development initiatives.

You will be expected to manage multiple projects and be the subject matter expert responsible for troubleshooting all user and technical issues related to the systems used by the Optimize Helpdesk. You will primarily maintain our Coupa and ImageNow platforms and identify and provide solutions for all related support issues. You will develop and manage the escalation and resolution process for all support requests beyond Level 1, working closely with the Optimize Helpdesk and other user groups. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Optimize Helpdesk to identify root causes of recurring support issues and eliminate future instances.

You will collaborate with the firm's workstream leads to review new system releases and capabilities, evaluate how they affect existing systems, processes and future options and make recommendations on adoption and usage.
