- 3+ years of experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Extensive experience in people management
- Proven project management skills – able to demonstrate driving projects within corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent)
- Strong Microsoft Office and Lotus notes skills
Who You'll Work WithYou will be based in Poznan and will join the Assistant team with a focus on people strategy. You will work alongside one other Operations Manager whose focus is on data gathering, analysis and reporting.
What You'll Do
You will drive the strategic direction and business context for a group of Team Leaders.
You will motivate and mentor Team Leaders to enhance their effectiveness and overall job satisfaction. You will help assess their development needs and arrange trainings to build their capabilities. You will provide timely and thorough on-the-job feedback and performance evaluations for all team members and support them in conceptual and project management issues. You will provide guidance and support to Team Leaders around difficult situations and conversations as well as hiring decisions.
Performing a role of a hiring manager, you will also lead recruiting efforts to maintain correct staffing levels and match qualified candidates to local needs. You will be responsible for monitoring service levels to ensure world-class service delivery. This will include analysing customers satisfaction scores to identify key areas of focus, ensuring service KPIs are met, creating action plans and overseeing introduction and ongoing activity around continuous improvement activities.
