Operation Manager - Digital Capability Center

Qualifications

  • 3 years + industry experience with at least 1 year experience in Lean / OPEX / CI / Digital related role
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent field, relevant advanced degree preferred
  • A good understanding of Lean principles and tools or Digital / Industry 4.0
  • Excellent communication skills to lead and coordinate in a team environment
  • Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
  • With training center management or client development experience is a plus
  • Energetic, cooperative and pleasant personality. Able to work with and handle effectively a diverse group of team members

What You'll Do

You'll join us as Operation Manager to lead DCC (Digital Capability Center) in strategy execution and daily operation. And you'll continuously improve the facility and training to build a world-class digital operation capability center, lead digital curriculum development.

You'll co-develop and execute DCC's strategy and key initiatives by work ing with ops leadership and Tsinghua to develop DCC's strategy, taking the lead role to execute strategy and key initiatives, continuously improving the factory to make a real digital factory, continuously improving the facility to be a world class training center, either supporting or leading module development and continuously improving.

You'll oversee DCC's daily operation and support key projects & programs by managing DCC finance aspects including analyze, report on relevant facility budgets; responsible for purchasing and cost control, maintaining a clean, tidy and lean environment, ensure all facility and machines are in good condition, supervising external contractors, vendors and suppliers and perform quality control, managing DCC projects and helping with other client project related with DCC

You'll lead DCC client development by leading and coordinating all arrangement for external and internal visiting, maintaining good relations with existing clients and find new opportunities, proactively finding new opportunities to build relations with new clients, building DCC's Eco-system and lead collaborations with external, coordinating and communicating between MCK and Tsinghua University including daily operation, future plan setting up etc., coordinating with external vendors to maintain DCC operation, proactively finding new opportunities and build eco-system with externals.
