Qualifications

Who You'll Work WithYou will work in our Bangkok office as part of the Office Services team.

What You'll Do

You will perform a variety of administrative activities that collectively contribute to the functionality and appearance of the Bangkok office.

Some of your responsibilities may include coordinating maintenance of the physical space, supervising external contractors, and vendors, and performing quality control inspections. You will oversee the use of the office space, including assisting in space planning and seating assignments and regularly updating floor plans.

You will coordinate outsourced building services, including janitorial, mailroom, copy machines, security, and property management and oversee conference room set-up and A/V requirements. You will provide IT break fix support in coordination with the ITS staff on occasion. You will be the liaison with building management in select aspects of facilities administration (i.e., HVAC, electrical, lighting, etc).

You will also oversee supply inventory (e.g., office supplies, printer toner, business cards, IT parts), including processing purchase orders as appropriate. You will plan and execute office events, working with relevant committees, travel staff, hotels, and vendors.

Generally, your responsibilities towards the office would involve managing budget, supervising the renovation/expansion of the office, managing the vendors, covering for the Front Office Adminstrator/Office Runner, and managing team requests.

Moreover,you will plan and execute office events, working with relevant committees, travel staff, hotels, and vendors. This includes venue sourcing, logistic support (printing, catering, etc) and managing the budget.
