Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of corporate experience
  • Very good Excel skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and have a solution-oriented approach to project management
  • High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with a 'no mistake' attitude in all process management tasks
  • Positive and open attitude with a willingness to provide the highest levels of service

Who You'll Work With

You will work in our Poznan office as part of our administrative staff and our business operations team. You will also collaborate with our consultants across different locations.

What You'll Do

You will provide administrative support to our business units dedicated to consulting services in various global industries.

You'll organize and maintain high-quality knowledge content conveniently available through various digital channels. You will work with new knowledge tools and process improvements.

Having passion for data and numbers, you will ensure that the key activity metrics are cultivated and made accessible to internal stakeholders on a regular basis. You will support, track operations and run reports. You will provide occasional support for internal and external events. You will leverage your excellent organizational skills and experience managing complex projects and will have the opportunity to collaborate with others in a vibrant and international work environment in which you can grow and develop.
