Executive Assistant - Scandinavian language speaker

Qualifications

  • BA degree
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish (C1)
  • Good verbal and written language skills in English (B2)
  • Preferably 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications
  • Very good communication skills

Who You'll Work With

You will support multiple consultants across the EMEA region - mainly Sweden, Norway, Denmark, using a number of foreign languages. You will also proactively manage very busy diaries working across international time zones and locations, and have the ability to provide high-quality support under tight deadlines.

In this role you will develop and strengthen solid communication skills that will help you tailor messages over the phone or via email, learn how to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others, and most importantly, become experienced in timely process management. If you are a high-impact communicator with fluent Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and good English who can build and maintain strong relationships, even remotely, and if you're passionate about customer service and get excited to work on challenging tasks when assisting your colleagues, this could be a good fit for you.
