Executive Assistant - English Speaker

Qualifications

  • BA degree
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (C1)
  • Preferably 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional environment
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Notes applications
  • Very good communication skills

Who You'll Work WithYou'll work in our Poznań office as part of our firm's administrative support teams. Our Executive Assistants support multiple consultants across the EMEA region, using a number of foreign languages.

What You'll Do

As part of your daily job, you will proactively manage very busy diaries, working across international time zones and locations, and have the ability to provide high-quality support under tight deadlines. If you are a high-impact communicator with fluent English who can build and maintain strong relationships, even remotely, and if you're passionate about customer service and get excited to work on challenging tasks when assisting your colleagues, this could be a good fit for you.

Being close to the "heart of business" of top management consultancy, you will have your focus on providing a broad range of remote administrative and logistical support to a highly demanding audience of client-serving senior consultants.
