Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience as a developer or super user of CPM platforms, e.g. Anaplan, Adaptive insights, TM1, Hyperion, BPC
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of serving clients and delivering business impact through improved performance management processes and/or tools
  • Analytical & likes to work with numbers
  • Very comfortable with advanced excel features and building complex excel models
  • Experience with data analysis and manipulation tools, including Microsoft Access

You'll join either our Bangalore or Gurgaon offices and be a part of the Corporate Performance Management (CPM)- Anaplan team, part of Digital McKinsey.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for delivering prototypes, templates and pilot solutions to accelerate the impact of CPM engagements.

Your technology focus will primarily be around emerging agile and cloud-based tools like Anaplan. You'll work directly with clients to understand their requirements. You will work side-by-side with McKinsey strategic consultants, leveraging our best practices in client service, issue synthesis and problem resolution.

You'll also participate in practice development activities to create content and repeatable assets along with evangelising and demonstrating across the firm how CPM technologies can be leveraged.
