Data Analyst intern

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in mathematics, IT, quantitative methods or similar; Master's degree is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act autonomously, bringing structure and organization to work
  • Sound problem-solving skills
  • Active membership in student/scientific associations or previous internship is a plus
  • Good communication skills in English

What You'll Do

You will work within the service delivery team to perform data transformation, modeling and validation activities, as well as configure applications to client context.

You'll work closely with the service management team on the continuous development and improvement of configuration tools, processes and talents.

You will validate, transform and load data to an application using manual or automated uploads, perform quality checks, and suggest improvements to improve quality. You will be responsible for developing complex algorithms and visualizations based on discussions with clients and the service delivery team. You will perform coding and scripting for automating data transformation and loading.

You will work on various projects, such as pricing, promotion, assortment advisory, etc. Our aim is to always use the right tool for the right task, therefore there is also large variety in the tools you might be using such as Excel, Visual Basic, Alteryx, SQL, R, Tableau.

You'll have the opportunity to grow into full time position and develop your skills of SQL, ETL, statistics etc.
