Who You'll Work With

You'll work with our GC Insights (GCI) team in Tampa. GC Insights is part of McKinsey Solutions and McKinsey's New Ventures.

The GCI office serves the banking and payments industry through rigorous analytical methods and a focus on multi-client initiatives, such as benchmarking studies of business line performance. We make use of "big" data to reveal unseen performance gaps and business opportunities for our clients. Our deep expertise enables us to provide clients with practical, actionable insights. GCI is a wholly owned subsidiary of McKinsey and Company; however we operate independently under our own brand and management team.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for enhancing the overall effectiveness of GCI product managers and teams.

You will administer work streams and tasks and will facilitate the flow of information among product managers and GCI senior leadership.

You will oversee the post-sale and renewal contract process including coordinating with GCI sales and product management staff to customize or update statements of work and contractual agreements. You will thoroughly document the process in a CRM (Salesforce).

You will serve as a user management concierge for GCI dashboard and tool end-end users. You will facilitate the purchase and assignment of software licenses for client end-users. You will coordinate issue and idea tracking across products and synthesize information to determine trends and opportunities for product teams. You will maintain and coordinate product timelines and staff availability calendars along with coordinating product leadership meetings.
