Administrator - Recruiting Data (Night Shift)
- Bachelor's Degree, University preferred
- 1+ year of corporate experience or relevant internship
- Solid knowledge of basic computer applications

Who You'll Work With
You will work in Manila as part of our recruiting services team. You will join a team of young, energetic and dynamic colleagues generally responsible for maintaining the firm's recruiting data across Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
Our team is based in Manila and we act as extension of the different recruiting teams to both campus and experienced hire recruiting groups. Our team's support is 24/5 and mainly follows the Eastern Time Zone (EST). A strong customer service orientation will contribute in ensuring your success in this role. We always strive to get and receive feedback to evaluate our own processes and work together in developing projects to improve our performance, life-balance and work satisfaction.
What You'll Do
You will work with an advanced and internally-designed recruiting system to maintain application pipelines, capture relevant interview data and be the first line of support for the candidates during their online application.
As your reach is global, on a daily basis you will communicate with various recruiting teams across different locations. This could mean collaborating with recruiting leaders in New York, screening candidate resumes from Australia, preparing for recruiting events in London, reaching out to IT support in India and entertaining candidate inquiries from Brazil.
You will leverage your recruiting experience and decision-making skills in screening candidates' profiles and tracking their interview process. You will use your systems expertise and prioritization skills to handle multiple requests in the most efficient way possible and without compromising deadlines. As a systems expert, you will be the go-to person of the recruiting community and will apply your knowledge on helping resolve issues and sharing best practices.
Your counterparts will seek your expertise in generating simple to complex reports critical in analyzing current recruiting strategies. Because of your pro-active problem- solving skills and keen attention to details to deliver high quality output, you will help make recommendations to a more efficient process and build a reliable data resource in the firm.
