There has never been a more exciting time to join the McDonald's US Brand & Menu Strategy Team. Our responsibility spans from developing new menu items, renovating classic menu items, ideating exciting promotions and launching new brand experience platforms. The Brand & Menu Strategy Team has been the driving force behind recent growth in the business, including the only-at-McDonald's Worldwide Favorites menu promotion, the competitive transformation of our signature QPC burger line, and the successful launch of McDelivery. We're working with excitement, purpose and creativity to continue that momentum by developing new proprietary menu innovation, core menu improvements and brand engagement platforms that will delight customers, drive sales and build the McDonald's brand.

Using trends and consumer research, you will be integral in contributing to building strategies that support menu and brand experience. You will help create new insights and assist with the launch of those ideas by leading cross functional teams comprised of consumer insights, operations, culinary, finance and supply chain colleagues. Your responsibilities will include assisting in product & promotional development and go-to market planning. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our owner/operator partners to bring initiatives to life in the restaurants. You'll add to the development and execution plans to deliver on annual financial goals.

Key Components of the Role>
- Synthesize category and competitive insights and data to deliver fresh, new thinking and recommendations on category and platform development
- Execute short term and long term strategy
- Implement differentiated product concepts and positioning with excellence
- Collaborate with Culinary, Consumer Insights, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Suppliers to turn new products into reality
- Assist in building compelling Business Cases and contributing to other business activities
- Lead quarterly business reviews and updates
- Manage multi-million dollar product development budgets
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in collaboration and cross-functional team leadership
- Ability to synthesize data and form logical conclusions
- Drive for results
