Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and successful $350MM+ Connecticut corporation. We seek a proven manager to help run our fulfillment operation of approximately 100 people that receives, inspects, stores, assembles and ships 15,000 – 20,000 units per day.

This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive process improvements while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.

The successful candidate must work to very high standards, be action-oriented and be a decision-maker with a strong track record of accomplishment. The candidate must be proficient at inventory control practices, including use of a warehouse management system. The candidate must also be smart, hardworking and able to demonstrate a clear bias for taking initiative to achieve necessary results.

You’re a creative problem solver who is adept at rolling up your sleeves and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, we’d expect a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in an environment similar to ours. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, including profit sharing and 401(k) plans.
