What We're Looking For:
Minimum requirements;

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 2 years' equivalent work experience in an international/multinational company; preferably within Accounts Receivable.
  • 2 Year experience in using High Radius Cash Application or similar Cash Application Automation Solutions
  • Fluency in English
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in using Lucid Chart, or similar, to create process maps.
  • Experience with Oracle is a plus.
  • Experience in participating in ERP or Accounts Receivable Project Implementations
  • Knowledge, insight and interest in (financial) administrative (accounting) processes; Accounts Receivable in particular.
  • Good communication and Influencing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confident to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize your work well.
  • Flexible; occasionally working in the weekend or after business hours may be expected.
  • Experience and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced international environment.

What Your Impact Will Be:
The Mattel Global Shared Service Center, is rolling out the High Radius Integrated Receivables platform. In May 2020 the High Radius Cash Application went into production.
The administrator will be part of the Mattel Global Shared Service Center (MGSS) OtC Cash Appliction team. Your primary responsibilities and focus is performing Cash Application activities in High Radius. When required (ad-hoc) you will provide support to Business Process Outsourcing, MGSS and Mattel Business Units. Your primary responsibilities are;
  • Develop expertise in using High Radius Cash Application software by allocating cash on customer accounts.
  • Provide support and govern the Daily application of cash performed by Business Process Outsourcing company
  • Reconciling AR sub-ledgers to General Ledgers at Month end.
  • Manage relationship between MGSS and BPO and MGSS and OtC Stakeholders.
  • To cooperate in process (re)design of workflow, continuous improvement and High Radius automation projects.
  • To assist, guide and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP'S) creation for High Radius Cash Application processes
  • To ensure on-going emphasis on client service and satisfaction.

The Team:
Our office in Amstelveen is home to 80 employees. It hosts a diverse mix of commercial functions (Sales, Customer Marketing, Customer Services, Consumer Products) as well as support functions (Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Product Integrity, HR, Logistics).
