Mattel france recherche actuellement un.e Alternant.e en contrat d'Apprentissage passionné.e pour son bureau de Bagneux (92), désireux d'apprendre et de se développer dans un environnement multinational et stimulant.

What Your Impact Will Be:
Vous apporterez votre soutien à l'équipe Marketing locale :
- Participation au déploiement de la stratégie marketing (plan média et/ou promo)
- Analyse du marché des jouets et de la concurrence et suivi des ventes
- Collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales locales
- Gestion des informations sur les produits dans les bases de données Mattel.
- Support dans le déploiement des plans d’activation et d’événements en fonctionnement de l'actualités des marques (anniversaire, lancement de marque, évènement RP, lancement de film ... )
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree, in Marketing or related fields.
- Previous experience in Marketing or similar departments is a plus.
- Fluent in French + proficiency in English.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Project).
- Analysis skills.
- Learning agility & creativity skills.
- Organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Curiosity and eager to challenge the status quo.
- Team player.
- Multicultural mindset & respectful.
INFO PRATIQUES :
Durée et période : 1 an dès septembre 2025
Gratification : Rémunération en fonction du contrat d'apprentissage + remboursement des frais de transport à hauteur de 50%, forfait mobilité douce, tickets restaurant de 9,45€ - Restaurant d'entreprise sur place.
Lieu : Bagneux – proche Porte d’Orléans - sud de Paris – Accessible RER B et METRO 4
