VP, Global ATM Product Management
The VP, Global ATM Product Management will be a key member of the team responsible for the development of the global ATM and Cash Access strategy. The role will be responsible for long-term business strategy planning, strategic and data-driven insights, development of global and market-level product and channel development plans, and execution of marketing programs that drive increased volumes of transactions. The position will also require close coordination and management of cross-functional teams within the Global Product organization, the Regions and at the country level. The ideal candidate will be a true "thinker": highly analytical, demonstrate thought-leadership, strategy/product/solutions development expertise, strong project management skills.
•Participate in the evolution of the global ATM strategy that positions ATM as a key component of Mastercard's Retail Banking strategy; develop strategic business plans for elements supporting the cash access strategy including new product innovations and new business models
•Define and deliver quantitative analysis to measure channel's health and effectiveness of new programs including consumer research and financial analysis
•Define new product value propositions that enhance the value of the ATM and cash access channels to consumers
•Create market sizing for cash access initiatives in priority markets; manage overall ATM business case, budget, and annual funding proposals
•Work closely with marketing teams around the world to execute ATM-related marketing initiatives including B2B (to issuer) and B2C (to consumer)
•This is an individual-contributor role with opportunity to move to managing-others as the team evolves
All About You
•Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
•Professional experience which may include:
•Strategy consulting, strategic planning, or other similar discipline where the candidate has demonstrated strong critical reasoning skills and the ability to identify and define new and innovative solutions
•Fintech or retail banking (e.g debit and or ATM) on the business/management side
•Product management including overseeing a P&L, product development a plus
•Self-motivated and self-learner with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex assignments independently with limited management involvement
•Able to get things done through other people, strong influencing skills; clear leadership attributes
•You have strong executive presentation skills (both written and verbal) and you are able to manage and oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
•Understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends; international markets knowledge/experience a plus
•Travel 1-2X per quarter
