Role:
In this role, you will serve as the primary Global TA Lead covering three organizations: Cyber & Intelligence, Data & Services, and Marketing & Communications. As the Global TA Lead you will be responsible for global stakeholder management, global TA strategy, execution of recruiting in North America Region, project management, market intelligence and analytics for your assigned client groups. You will report to the SVP, Global Head of Talent Acquisition.

You will have a proven track record building and executing TA strategies that drives actionable results.

1.Internal Clients Relationships
a.Partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, HR CoEs, regional TA leads, recruiters and other key stakeholders to analyze business goals, identify talent needs/or gaps to develop and implement programs to find the right talent against current and future workforce planning strategies
b.Build an understanding of the organization's business models, operations, competitive position and talent strategy
c.Demonstrate strong two-way relationship with hiring managers, providing support (and at times delivery) throughout the recruitment cycle
2.External Sourcing & TA Marketing Capabilities
a.Strengthen existing and identify new sources of hires, which includes significantly advancing our pro-active external market outreach for first class talent.
b.Identifying the most effective digital/social media channels to drive increased candidate traffic, through content, SEO/PPC, strategic placement of online recruiting banners and mobile platform optimization (e.g. role advertising and job applications)
c.Guide recruiters to build, develop and manage a network/database of key competition talent using our CRM system in line with global/regional business needs - driving conversions into applicants
d.Recommend and lead projects that integrate D&I best practices into the end-to-end talent acquisition process
3.Team Management & Leadership
a.Leadership that aligns to our core values of trust, agility, partnership and initiative
b.Manage a group of recruiting team members to execute the TA strategy
c.Guide recruiters to build, develop and manage a network/database of key competitor talent utilizing innovative techniques
d.Optimize the team's ability to achieve delivery, quality diversity and cost targets whilst ensuring operational compliance
e.Ensuring team recruiting data is accurate and up to date in ATS, CRM and other required systems
4.Project Management & Research
a.Independently lead and manage projects and/or provide subject matter expertise to broader HR, business or other TA projects
b.Create and deliver management presentations as required
c.Ability to work strategically with stakeholders by delivering regular quality external competitor market intelligence that helps inform decision making
d.Proactively research and investigate recruiting trends and innovative recruiting techniques to introduce the state of the art recruiting practices
5.Analytics
a.Analyzing recruiting team success against KPI/metrics for client groups that drive decisions in sourcing & recruiting approaches that deliver against the business needs
b.Providing insights and support to gain operational efficiencies that drives strong performance against key TA metrics that will include Time to Fill, Cost per Hire, Quality of Hire and Source effectiveness
c.Gathering and analyzing competitive industry information regarding salary, benefits and employment practices to share with management

All About You:
Experience recruiting for technologists, management consultants, product developers, and marketers preferred. Understanding of markets on the west coast and Vancouver. Ability to operationalize strategy into day to day reality. Have an inclusive mindset and collaborative leadership. Agility and adaptability with recruitment approach, through regular reviews and focus on continually evolving needs. Experience driving change supported through analytics. Skilled at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and consensus building. BA/BS required
