Vice President, Employee Access Management Program Owner

The Employee Identity and Access Management (EIAM) Program is responsible to provide for services to support internal staff physical and
logical access to MasterCard systems and applications.
The VP of EIAM - Privileged, Physical, Authentication systems, Identity Life cycle Management, User Behavior Analytics, and Controls systems will be responsible for the strategy, definition, and implementation of our Identity Life cycle Management, User Behavior Analytics, and Controls services.

Lead technology teams that deliver identity life cycle management, user behavior analytics, and Controls services.
Be responsible for full life cycle of systems support including budgeting, staffing, and delivery.
Manage service delivery including strategy, prioritization, design, engineering, testing, and go live.
Manage production health including up time, performance, resiliency, logging, monitoring, vulnerabilities,

About You
Experience managing complex systems
Experience with identity life cycle management systems is a must.
Experience with RSA / Aveksa is a plus.
Experience with Gurucul is a plus.
Experience with CyberArk is a plus.
Experience with Hashicorp is a plus.
