Overview
This position offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of the MasterCard relationship with assigned strategic accounts across EMEA and AP.

Mastercard has an exciting opportunity for VP - Account Management (Malaysia & Brunei)
Reporting to the country head the role will be responsible to set the sales strategies as it relates to customer accounts within assigned geographies in alignment with the country strategy and achieving sales goals that drive market share, volume and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage existing customer relationships while working to identify opportunities/customer needs.
Develop strong working relationships with key influencers at customer end.
Partner with customers to deliver customized solutions & comprehensive consulting support.
Responsible for pipeline management at the account level.

All about you
Strong rigor in sales process & effective people management with demonstrated experience of having led teams in the past / present.
Ability to ability to navigate independently with good understanding of processes & establish a strong liaison with regional teams.
Possess strategic & critical thinking and be highly organized detail-oriented
Impactful and influencing, good negotiation skills
Sound product knowledge specially Digital would be an advantage
Strong network of business contacts in the card and payments industry
Able to interact at in a matrix organization with relationships across levels
