Technical Program Manager

Are you an engineer that likes building and shipping cool software? Do you love solving hard problems?

Our Technical Program Managers (TPM) conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our scrum execution model. You are technical and dive deep to gain a comprehensive understanding of the platform, the integration patterns, the organizational capabilities, and the company wide assets that can be leveraged to provide technical solutions to customer problems. You contribute to the technical strategies, design choices, and even the cloud infrastructure necessary to build comprehensive believable and achievable execution plans to deliver high-profile new features and capabilities for our customers. You are comfortable driving the execution of a feature through the full stack or driving a project which span multiple teams and integrations and report meaningful status along the way.
In this role, you will
•Lead the delivery of business and technical features using our operating model
•Develop believable and achievable program schedules/plans identifying key constraints and dependencies.
•Ensure product development progresses as planned to meet project commitments.
•Manage internal and external communication about progress/status.
•Ensure risks are identified and mitigated.
•Work closely with Product Management, Development, Business Operations and other cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
•Lead technical troubleshooting sessions with cross-functional teams to tackle complex technical problems.
•Adapt to shifting goals and activities while managing multiple activities in parallel.
•Manage escalations - escalate issues as necessary.
•Build and cultivate strong internal relationships.

All about you:
•Proven project and program management experience.
•Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), delivering technical programs in scrum execution model.
•Experience & proficiency with microservices, APIs, cloud technologies (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
•Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
•Demonstrated ability to operate with independence and autonomy.
•Adept at communicating with technical product managers, developers, non-technical business partners and executive stakeholders.
•Strong problem-solving skills, negotiating, influencing, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
•Ability to lead technical meetings and communicate complex issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Exceptional time management, documentation and organizational skills.
•Proven track record of continuously learning and improving scrum team execution.
•Experience with project management tools (ALM/Rally, MS Project)
•Digital Payments expertise a huge plus.
