Sr. Specialist, Mastercard Send Product Management

•Mastercard Send facilitates the secure delivery of funds between senders and receivers, typically within seconds. Through a single connection to Mastercard Send, businesses, merchants, governments, humanitarian organizations, financial institutions and others can send money to consumers and businesses domestically and cross border. Mastercard Send supports multiple use cases, including person-to-person (P2P) transfers, business to consumers (B2C) disbursements and business to business (B2B) disbursements. With our technology and expertise we are making sending money safe, simple and fast.

•The Sr. Specialist, Mastercard Send Product Management, is a member of the Mastercard Send team responsible for supporting strategy, planning, marketing and communications efforts globally. The Sr. Specialist will be responsible for leading efforts related to business reporting, analytics and planning.

•Manage organization of quarterly business reviews (QBR) with each region, including the creation of quarterly reports; support efforts to document global progress each quarter for inclusion in department's QBR
•Manage creation and dissemination of global dashboards, including monthly performance dashboard, quarterly KPI dashboard and quarterly marketing/communications dashboard
•Lead organization and execution of Professional Development Learning Series, including all quarterly and monthly events; identify new opportunities to further learning efforts globally
•Support strategic projects as needed, including strategy development and business case development for the Mastercard Send team
•Support research and insights efforts, including data analysis and report writing
•Support execution of global marketing and communications plan, including the development and dissemination of thought leadership, marketing and communications material
•Support efforts to champion LAC region at global level.
•Reports to Director, Product Management.
•Location: Purchase, NY.

Experience/Education requirements
•Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, and ability to think strategically and translate concepts into clear, actionable goals and metrics.
•Demonstrable expertise with modeling, data analysis and excel.
•Demonstrated ability to turn qualitative and quantitative data and information analysis into actionable 'insights'
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task, establish priorities and self-motivate.
•Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders.
•Superior communication and presentation skills.
•Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing or related field; advanced degree preferred.
•Consulting or investment banking experience preferred.
•Spanish and/or Portuguese language abilities helpful.
