Customer Implementation Services (CIS) provides implementation of new and existing Mastercard electronic payment products and services.
As a Specialist, Implementation you will coordinate processing implementation projects of technical and non-technical nature. In a customer-facing environment, you will deliver standard and occasionally complex implementation projects, ensuring their quality and reliability by applying Mastercard project coordination methodology.
•Have you ever been an active part of a project team comprising of internal and external customer teams?
•Have you ever managed a project to implement a product or service for a customer?
•Do you have customer facing experience dealing with different teams with different requirements?
•Manage small to medium projects and/or initiatives as an experienced individual contributor for the implementation of customers on to our core systems and platforms
•Guide customers through established processing rules, specifications and required documentation and translate them into Mastercard products and services
•Conduct detailed testing of data elements, sub elements, network configurations and interfaces; validates all customer test cases to ensure production readiness
•Suggest configuration/production setup changes with minimal guidance; identifies potential issues to escalate to leadership
•Manage multiple customer processing implementation projects in parallel
•Identify appropriate processing implementation support documentation (contracts, agreements, forms etc.…) to be provided by customers,
All About You
•Suitable candidates will bring previous experience supporting standard implementations of network technology and applications, ideally from a finance and payments industry
•Strong knowledge in payment transaction processing and industry business principles.
•Successfully completed detailed testing and implementation of hardware and software elements
•Demonstrated understanding of transaction processing
•Experience coordinating components of small-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery of tasks from stakeholders and demonstrates understanding of project management
•A self-starter who demonstrates the ability to navigate the organisation to find internal resources and tools
•A good understanding of MasterCard's payment processing systems, formats and associated customer host interface testing services and principles is highly desirable but not essential
•Leverage your strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate technical discussion with customers and internal stakeholders
•Ability to manage change in a technical work environment
Ability to work in a matrixed organizations and cross functional teams
•You are naturally curious and have a desire to learn and upskill your knowledge of systems and products
