•In a customer-facing environment, manage implementation projects of a technical and non-technical nature. Deliver standard implementation activities ensuring quality and reliability of the implementations.

•Act as central point of contact for customers and/or MasterCard customer representatives throughout processing implementation project end-to-end management and execution
•Assess and document customer needs and according implementation activities taking in account impacts on customers' and MasterCard's core and non-core processing systems and platforms.
•Act as processing implementation advisor, to customers' processing support staff. Provide guidance to execute all necessary processing implementation activities.
•Coach other team members on complex processes troubleshooting and resolution
•Coordination of implementation and testing of products and services for new and existing customers
•Provide general technical support and detailed knowledge of hardware; software; products; and services and participate in product development to ensure customer implementation feasibility and efficiency
All About You
•Bachelor degree in Information Technology, business or related.
•PMP-Certified or MBA desired
•Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
•Ability to handle multiple projects at one time. Superior time management, planning and organizational skills.
•Ability to interact well with the customer, Sr. and Executive Management
•Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with individuals from diverse cultures, countries, regions, and time differences
