Prepaid Management Services is the division of Mastercard that concentrates on prepaid solutions such as our Multi-Currency Cash Passport product.
Traditionally focused on the travel sector our business is driving forward Prepaid throughout the world with innovative and leading solutions that we integrate with global brands.
The APAC Treasury Team also assist with Treasury projects, standardising and improvement of processes, setting daily rates for our business, and the management of cash, foreign exchange and banking relationships.
As part of the APAC Treasury Team, based in St Leonards, you will provide the necessary day-to-day support with treasury, settlement and reconciliation activities, including the timely and accurate processing of receivables and payables, as well as the accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions in financial systems for the APAC entities.
•Execution of daily/weekly/monthly treasury, settlement and reconciliation activities that are allocated to you.
•Participate in the training of treasury, settlement and reconciliation activities to meet role rotation and BCP requirements.
•Assist with the successful on-boarding of new customers and processes into the team where required.
•Ensure processes are executed within internal and external standards.
•Assist with the implementation of process improvements to increase operational efficiencies where required.
All About You
•This is an entry level role that would suit candidates seeking to commence and/or are looking for the next step in their career within a Settlements or Reconciliation based role
•Candidates will have previous experience, or demonstrate the ability, to perform daily settlement and reconciliation processes accurately within given timelines.
•Experience responding to routine inquiries in a complete and timely manner.
•Exposure to electronic banking systems and SAP is advantageous.
•Effective verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong team player skills.
•Willing to learn and work in a flexible environment.
